Developer plans 250-unit MetroCenter apartment community
Nashville, Tn. January 28, 2015 –
An Augusta, Ga.-based real estate development company has a contract to buy 7.39 acres in MetroCenter with plans for a roughly 250-unit apartment community.
The project would be the first here for The Giddings Group, whose contract is with Rusty Dunn, A Nashville car dealer-turned-real estate entrepreneur. Dunn, who bought the land at 100 Cumberland Bend three months ago, is seeking rezoning to mixed-use general from industrial, warehouse and distribution use to allow for the apartments.
